Colorado State Laws, Rules and Regulations mandate that you use a Colorado licensed electrical contractor to install the Power-Save 1200. This holds true with ANY and ALL electrical installations in Colorado! Not only is a licensed electrical contractor required, but in Colorado the electrical contractor must send out a Colorado State Licensed Electrican! So two separate Colorado State Electrical Licenses are required to do this installation, or ANY electrical installation that involves working in an electrical panel! Every electrical installation must fall within the National Electrical Code (NEC) and in Colorado the 2008 NEC is in enforcement!
